The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous with an away of flowers. It is smaller than I thought for the price it was. Very expensive. I was disappointed in the limited on line selection. ---- Florist's Response: Hi Lisa, Thank you for your input regarding our on-line selection. The designs shown on our website are our own floral designs, there are a few stock photos that are chosen because the design fits our shop styling. I limit the number of designs offered because showing everything is almost impossible for a smaller independant shop. I also like to display designs that portray the specific seasonal florals that we may be using. Over the past year and more recently the floral industry has experienced increased pricing for many of our products; everything from the basic containers, ribbons, floral foams and the fresh flowers and greens. I make every coscience effort to maintain a balance between offering a quality floral design and pricing that keeps our shop running, and affordable. I am happy you liked the overall arrangement and the asssortment of flowers chosen for your design. I hope you will consider Floral Accents again.

The product that was delivered was just like the picture online, maybe even better.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
